We created this delicious menu for you, our valued guests, by both supporting regional development and modernizing our local products. We also share the leftover food on our dinner plates with our furry friends.”

Executive Chef Huseyin Turhan

Şile Gönen Hotel Executive Chef Hüseyin Turhan received training at the Cappadocia Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Academy and won awards in various branches in international gastronomy competitions.

With his interest in the cuisines of different cultures, Turhan creates creative menu concepts by blending traditional products with modern approaches. I have many certification trainings such as “Food Wine Harmony”, “Cultural Social Perspective on Food and Food from a Religious Cultural Perspective”, “Far East”, “Western Cuisine and Local Cuisine Education”, “Kitchen Management Education”, “Haccp”.
